Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within two (2) business days after the order is placed.
Occasionally up to 5 business days may be required to prepare your shipment,
depending on the order size, ongoing sale/ promotions or Holiday season.
Please be patient during those times as all orders are assembled and packaged by hand with care.
If there is any delay expected for your order or an item or part of your order is currently not in stock,
we will contact you through email and/or phone.
Refunds & Returns
It is guaranteed that all Niche and Designer Fragrances as well as Fragrance Samples sold by Scentheaven are 100% genuine and authentic perfumes. All samples are hand decanted from the original manufacturers bottle into an unused, sterile decant sprayer.
While we can guarantee the authenticity of our products, we cannot guarantee that you will like the scent. Therefore we do not accept returns on any fragrance samples.
There are no returns for used/partial bottles.
For Full sealed bottles - If an item has been opened,
it will automatically be deemed as used and will not be eligible for return.

If the perfume is faulty, please reffer to instructions below.
We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
If the item is damaged or incorrect when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours at info@scentheaven.co.nz Please provide your order number at the time of contact.

Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to refund or exchange due to a change of mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
