Order Fulfillment
Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, typically within two (2) business days of placement.
During peak times, such as sales, promotions, or the holiday season, preparation may take up to five (5) business days due to order volume.
We appreciate your patience, as each order is carefully hand-assembled and packaged. If there are any delays or if an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email and/or phone.
Refunds & Returns
At ScentHeaven, we guarantee that all Niche and Designer Fragrances, including Fragrance Samples, are 100% genuine and authentic. Our samples are carefully hand-decanted from the original manufacturer’s bottle into unused, sterile decant sprayers.
While we ensure product authenticity, we cannot guarantee that you will enjoy the scent. For this reason, fragrance samples are not eligible for returns.

Return Policy for Full Bottles:

Used or partially used bottles cannot be returned.

For sealed full bottles, once opened, the item is considered used and is not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns for any item showing signs of use. In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If a perfume is faulty, please follow the instructions below.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at info@scentheaven.co.nz, providing your order number and evidence of the damage.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if the product is faulty, we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
